Who is Wawasan's consulting suited for?

We work with small business owners across Selangor and surrounding areas — typically sole proprietors, family businesses, and micro-enterprises at any stage. You might be just getting started, running steadily but feeling uncertain, or preparing for a significant change.

What happens in a first session?

We'll simply talk through your business — what it does, how it earns, what feels unclear. There's no formal presentation or audit. By the end we'll have a few honest observations and a short written reflection for you to keep.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

Nothing formal. It can help to jot down the two or three questions most on your mind, and if you have recent sales figures or a simple cost summary, those are useful — but they're not required. We work with whatever you have.

How long does each engagement take?

A Hands-On Review is a single session of roughly 90 minutes. The Shaping Advisory spans two sessions across two to three weeks. The Whole Workshop Programme is an ongoing monthly arrangement, typically reviewed after the first three months together.

Are sessions held in person or online?

Both are available. We meet in person at our Puchong office or at a location convenient for you in the Klang Valley. Video calls work just as well for owners who prefer it, and we're comfortable with either.

What if I'm not sure which service is right?

Just reach out and we'll have a short, no-pressure conversation first. Most owners start with the Hands-On Review to get a sense of whether the work is useful before committing to anything further.
